Day
01
Rome-Assisi-Perugia-Firenze
Leaving Rome at 8.00 from Hotel Diana to Assisi the town of
St. Francis and Saint Claire. Visit of the city and lunch in a typical
restaurant . In the early afternoon departure to Perugia, a medieval
jewel. Time at leisure to walk along the narrow streets of the
historical center or to visit the Umbria National Gallery, where works
of Beato Angelico and Piero delrival at Florence and overnight.
Day
02
Florence
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning sightseeing tour in one of the
most famous cities in the world, birthplace of the Italian
Renaissance: Florence. The city tour is on foot and will show you the
Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Ponte Vecchio and Signoria Square
where are located the Uffizi Gallery and the Loggia dei Lanzi. Lunch
in a typical restaurant. Afternoon at leisure for optional tour to
Pisa. Overnight.
Day 04
Venice-Verona-Milan
Breakfast. Morning city sightseeing including Saint Mark's square,
the Ducal Palace, Dogi's residence, the Bridge of Sights and the jail.
Departure to Verona, free time for lunch and visit of the city of the
lovers Romeo and Juliet. Continue to Milan. Dinner in hotel and
overnight.
Day
03
Florence-Padua-Venice
Breakfast. Departure to Padua, where you will visit the Basilica
of Sant'Antonio, famous all over the world and important place to
pilgrims. Continue to Venice. Optional excursion to the Island of
Burano, Murano & Torcello. Dinner in the hotel and overnight.
Day 05
Milan
Breakfast. Morning city sightseeing visiting the Duomo, Vittorio
Emanuele II Gallery and the Scala Opera House, one of the most famous
in the world. Afternoon at leisure (optional visit to Lugano). Dinner
in a typical restaurant with music and overnight.
Day 06
Milan-Parma-Rome
Breakfast. Departure to Parma. Short visit to a factory of
Regional products (Parma us known as the centre of the "Food
Valley"). Visit of the city including the Farnese Theatre, the
Duomo and the Baptistery. On foot we can reach the restaurante where
we it will be possible to taste a real lunch Parmigiano. Continue to
Rome. End of services
